q       A form editor allows the company to design its own payslips

q       Payslips can be printed individually or as a batch at the end of pay processing. They can also be reprinted later in the event of an inquiry

Reports and Management

q       Visipay offers a wide range of reports covering payroll, tax and human resource requirements

q       All management reports are written in Crystal Report Writer allowing companies to modify or add to the reports using Crystal - an industry standard

q       All information is stored in a standard Microsoft Database allowing seamless integration with Microsoft Office and other products

q       Security switches are provided to bar access to confidential areas of payroll data

q       Payroll data can be stored securely on a stand alone PC or in the secure area of a server and accessed by Visipay

The Lite Manufacturing System (LMS) has been developed by an Authorized Sybiz Developer, as a custom add-on module for use with the Sybiz Vision accounting package. 

A traditional bill of materials package is more suited to the light assembly environment whereas the LMS is designed for businesses requiring more than the basic functionality that is traditionally available in a bill of materials application.

The LMS is a flexible and powerful companion product for Sybiz Vision that can be implemented on a module-by-module basis.

This product allows you to have barcode scanning with Sybiz Vision. It is a stand-alone programme which connects automatically to your Vision files, to

Ø      Number any products which do not have an international standard (UPC/EAN) barcode. It does this one-at-a-time, or by one button click to do the whole inventory. Registered barcodes (EAN member companies) and “In-House” members (for Non-members) are both catered for. Existing barcode numbers are carefully checked and identified as to type.

Ø      Print barcoded labels for products, shelves, catalogue pages, bin locations, and much more. A good range of Laser and Thermal printer labels is available. Barcode fonts are included. Prices on labels can be shown or hidden, by specific settings. Customer Delivery labels, printed from your Debtors Ledger records is an added feature.

Ø      Product selection for labels is by scanning a barcode, entering a Product Code, selecting by Product name, or from a selection of Purchase orders or Purchase Invoices.

Ø      Product Serial numbering and labelling is an optional extra.

Ø      Label customisation is available, by specific quotation.
